Rosalind specialises in financial matters on divorce and separation. She acts for clients in ancillary relief proceedings and cohabitation disputes including financial provision for children of unmarried parents. She has a particular interest in cases brought under the Trusts of Land and Appointment of Trustees Act 1996 by separating cohabitants.
Rosalind also regularly acts for clients in disputes about children. She acts for either parent in residence and contact disputes and in cases involving removing children from the jurisdiction.
Rosalind is a member of Resolution. She has been actively involved in giving pro bono advice at local Citizens Advice Bureaux.
Rosalind joined Bindmans in 2008, after training at a regional firm in Hertfordshire, having spent some years gaining hands-on experience in all aspects of family law. Prior to that, Rosalind read land economy and law at Cambridge University and completed her legal training at BPP law school.
