Janet specialises in financial matters on divorce and separation, including those with substantial assets and complex finances. Janet acted for one of the parties in a reported case X v X (CPS intervening) involving matrimonial assets which were subject to a confiscation order.
She also specialises in cohabitant disputes including property matters and private children matters where there is a dispute over residence and/or contact upon relationship breakdown.
Janet is a member of the Law Society Family Law Panel and is also a member of Resolution.
Janet qualified as a solicitor in January 1999 and studied law at Kingston University.
